Successful candidates to all positions must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members.
All positions must have knowledge of and ability to interpret, communicate and administer Housing Authority and/or federal, state and local regulations, policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with regulations and policies that are relevant to other federal, state, local and internal regulatory requirements.
CCHRA participates in the South Carolina Employee Insurance Program (EIP) and offers a paid health benefits package to its full-time employees (unless otherwise indicated). The benefits package also includes South Carolina Retirement System Program benefits.
We drug screen as part of the pre-employment process. CCHRA runs background checks, drug tests and DMV histories on all new hires.
A valid S.C. driver’s license with an acceptable insurable driving record is required of all employees of CCHRA..
